Based on their primary award-winning research and decades of experience, they offer insights and strategies to foster mutual understanding, collaboration, and respect between generations, helping to combine diverse perspectives and create a more cohesive and productive work environment.
Jessica Stollings-Holder
A.K.A “J” | Co-founder of Regenerate
Jessica Stollings-Holder is a national speaker, trainer, author, and researcher who empowers leaders to think differently about differences and turn obstacles into opportunities. With nearly 20 years in generational diversity, she’s worked with 200+ clients across 35 states and delivered over 500 keynotes and training sessions.
Her work has been featured in publications like SHRM, and she co-developed an award-winning escape room training. In 2020, she expanded her focus to help teams bridge any differences that affect unity and productivity. Jessica’s Inclusive Leadership Program earned top honors from the American Society of Association Executives.
With a background in talent development for a Fortune 500 company and experience as a syndicated news reporter, she’s passionate about helping people feel understood and valued. Most importantly, Jessica is a wife and mom. Her family is her chief passion and priority. The Holders live outside Nashville, TN and are dedicated to a life of intention and adventure!
Dr. Karah Sprouse
A.K.A. “Dr. K” | Co-founder of Regenerate
Dr. Karah Sprouse is a Generational Engagement Speaker, Trainer, and Researcher. Before stepping into these roles, she spent over a decade as a Business Professor at Cumberland University near Nashville, where she taught and mentored students. Her award-winning research on multi-generational teams, along with her experience working closely with Gen Z students, sparked her passion for helping organizations unlock the potential of the youngest generation.
Karah’s professional background includes leadership roles at LexisNexis and Underwriters Laboratories, where she led ambitious projects and managed diverse, intergenerational teams. These experiences fuel her mission to empower organizations to build a collaborative culture where all generations thrive together.
Karah is a wife and mom who lives on her family's multi-generational farm near Nashville, TN with her husband, children, and barnyard pets.
