Gen Z faces a unique set of mental health challenges, influenced by a combination of social, economic, and technological factors. Growing up in a digital age, they often experience heightened anxiety and stress due to social media pressures, constant connectivity, and FOMO (fear of missing out). Additionally, economic and vocational uncertainties, impacted by the pandemic and job market instability, contribute to their overwhelm. Gen Z values well-being and is open to engage in conversations about it. They look for, and expect that, companies will provide tools and resources.
Be Well is that solution; a three-month intensive training and group coaching program empowering Gen Z professionals to live and lead at their best. Through a series of interactive learning experiences, participants will create personal plans to live holistically healthy, manage their mindsets and emotions, succeed against stress, prioritize their load, and engage a support community so they can thrive in life and work. Measured results, along with recommended next steps, are provided to sustain momentum and growth.
Be Well At a Glance
About
Be Well is a three month intensive, measurable training and coaching program encouraging Gen Z employees to manage their minds and succeed against stress.
Audience
New graduates and early-career professionals (Gen Z) entering the workforce and their direct supervisors
Program size
Up to 20 Gen Z participants and their direct supervisors are welcomed into each cohort. Any senior leaders are also welcome to join the journey.
Duration
Three months, with bi-weekly training and group coaching.

Be Well Competencies
Holistic Well-Being
Explore what’s needed to reach optimal health in eight dimensions (physical, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, financial, spiritual, occupational) and create a plan to live and lead at your best.
Mindset Management
Examine thought patterns, identify limiting beliefs and learn how to replace them with positive, growth-oriented thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
Stress Management
Learn and practice techniques to ease daily overwhelm. Identify areas that trigger stress levels and discern how to manage them healthfully.
Prioritization
Identify the areas of life and work that matter most and create a framework to put them first. Learn practical strategies to manage time, setting boundaries, and maintaining a healthy balance between work life and personal life.
Emotional Intelligence and Resilience
Build emotional resilience, and healthy coping strategies to navigate challenges in work and life.
Community & Support
Foster a sense of belonging and support through group activities and shared experiences with peers and cross-generational connections.
Be Well results
By the end of our 3-month intensive training and coaching program, Gen Z participants and their leaders will have a deeper understanding of well-being and a toolkit of practices to support their mental, physical, and emotional health. They will be better equipped to manage stress, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and build resilience against the pressures of modern work life. The program will foster a culture of well-being and belonging within your organization.
