Training and coaching intensives designed to seamlessly integrate Gen Z and transform multigenerational team dynamics.

The Regenerate your Workplace training and coaching program is designed to seamlessly integrate Gen Z into the professional world. The program focuses on equipping young professionals with the crucial skills they need, accelerating their career development and contribution, and fostering connections with colleagues from various generations.

Through a structured blend of training, group coaching, intergenerational mentoring, real-time impact measuring and hands-on capstone projects, participants will be empowered to navigate the complexities of the modern workplace and achieve early career success.

  • ABOUT

    • Regenerate Your Workplace is an intensive, measured training and coaching program that integrates Gen Z into the workforce and fosters connections with their colleagues from different generations. There are three core pathways for engagement (Speak Up, Work It, and Be Well), all based on critical competencies needed for Gen Z to thrive at work. Pathways can stand alone or pair together.

  • Audience

    • New graduates and early-career professionals (Gen Z) entering the workforce and their direct supervisors

    • Organizations and leaders seeking to effectively integrate and develop Gen Z employees and enhance intergenerational collaboration

  • Program size

    • Up to 20 Gen Z participants and their direct supervisors are welcomed into each cohort. Any senior leaders are also welcome to join the journey.

  • DURATION

    • Each pathway (Speak Up, Work It, and Be Well) is three months, with bi-weekly training and group coaching for both Gen Z and their leaders. The pathway begins with an in-person kick-off event, followed by virtual bi-weekly training and group coaching. Completion of the pathway is celebrated in-person with a hands-on capstone project! Pair all pathways together for a 9-month program.

  • Expected outcomes

    • Participants will emerge from the program with clarity and confidence of what’s expected at work, a solid foundation of essential communication skills, tools for a healthy, resilient mindset and coping skills, and strong relationships with colleagues from all generations. They will be better equipped to contribute meaningfully to their organizations, navigate workplace challenges, and accelerate their professional growth. The program will also foster a more cohesive and collaborative workplace, bridging generational gaps and promoting a culture of continuous learning and mutual respect.

Equip Gen Z employees with skills to communicate confidently and effectively in any professional setting in this 3-month training and coaching intensive, Speak Up.

Through concurrent training, Gen Z and their leaders will learn to create shared pools of meaning and foster an environment of clear, open communication.

Empower Gen Z employees to own their transition into the workplace in this 3-month training and coaching intensive, Work It.

Through practical guidance on workplace culture and professional conduct, Gen Z and their leaders will learn to align expectations for mutual success.

Results, Reflection and Future Planning

A pre- and post- survey will assess the impact of each participant and create suggestions for long-term organizational improvement.

Based on their primary and secondary research and decades of experience, they offer insights and strategies to foster mutual understanding, collaboration, and respect between generations, helping to combine diverse perspectives and create a more cohesive and productive work environment.
