As the first generation of digital natives, it makes sense that Gen Z’s natural communication style often involves a screen. They bring to the table a deep understanding of technology, a passion for innovation, and a fresh perspective on collaboration. However, they may also face challenges when it comes to traditional modes of workplace communication, like face-to-face interactions, professional emails, or public speaking. Navigating the nuances of workplace communication can sometimes feel like entering uncharted territory for Gen Z. 

Speak Up is a three-month intensive training and group coaching program designed to bridge the gap between casual, phone-based interactions and formal, workplace communication. Gen Z participants will learn essential skills for effective in-person and professional exchanges, enhancing their ability to communicate confidently in any business setting. At the same time, their leaders will learn how to communicate with Gen Z, and tap into their strengths, to continuously improve workplace interactions and communications. The program concludes with a cross-generational capstone that honors, includes, and aligns all generational communication styles for individual and organizational success. Measured results of the program, along with recommended next steps, are also shared to sustain momentum and growth.

    • Speak Up is a three month intensive, measurable training and coaching program empowering Gen Z to communicate confidently and effectively in any professional setting.

  • Audience

    • New graduates and early-career professionals (Gen Z) entering the workforce and their direct supervisors

  • Program size

    • Up to 20 Gen Z participants and their direct supervisors are welcomed into each cohort. Any senior leaders are also welcome to join the journey.

  • Duration

    • Three months, with bi-weekly training and group coaching.

They will be better equipped to convey ideas, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.
